Please check the package before you sign for. If the product is not in good condition, please do not sign for it. 3. Return And Partial Refund in 7 Days
- FengshuiGood.com cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:
"The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
"The product is not what I'd imagine it to be."
"I am not satisfied with this product."
"The Product did not arrive in time"
- WE WILL DEDUCT A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF HANDLING FEE BASED ON YOUR ORDER TOTAL AMOUNT AND GIVE YOU A PARTIAL REFUND.
Can I cancel my order?
If you ordered by accident or simply changed your mind,please contact us immediately after the purchase by email at info@fengshuigood.com, indicating your request for cancellation (please note that you have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation). The refund will be issued using the same payment method. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
